Privacy Policy

Nibble Stack · Effective date: October 16, 2026

Short version: Nibble Stack does not collect, store, share or sell any personal information. The game works entirely offline, contains no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and requires no account. Your game progress is saved only on your own device.

1. Who we are

Nibble Stack (the "App") is a puzzle game for iPhone published by Jacky ("we", "us"). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at [your email].

2. Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. Specifically, the App does not collect or transmit:

3. Information stored on your device

To save your game, the App stores a small amount of data locally on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults): which levels you have cleared, your stars and fewest taps per level, the level you are currently playing, the number of snack trios you have popped, whether you have seen the tutorial and world introductions, and your settings (sound, haptics, tile shading and basket counters). This data never leaves your device through the App and is not accessible to us. You can erase it at any time with Settings > Reset Progress inside the App, or by deleting the App.

4. Network access, ads and third parties

The App does not connect to the internet, does not display advertising, and does not include any third-party SDKs, analytics, or tracking tools. We do not share or sell data with anyone, because we do not have any.

5. Tracking

The App does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and does not request permission to track.

6. Children's privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). Parents with questions can contact us at the address above.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Since we do not collect or hold any personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. All game data on your device is under your control as described in section 3.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. If a future version of the App ever collects data, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before that version is released.
