欢迎使用「万能随机」（英文名称：Random Decision，以下简称「本应用」）。本应用由开发者（以下简称「我们」）提供，是一款面向日常娱乐与轻量决策的 iOS 工具类应用。我们重视您的隐私，本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储及保护您的信息。

1. 适用范围

本政策适用于您通过 iPhone、iPad 及本应用相关扩展（如主屏幕小组件、Siri 快捷指令、SharePlay 等）使用本应用时涉及的信息处理活动。

2. 我们收集的信息

2.1 您无需注册账号即可使用本应用。我们不会要求您提供姓名、邮箱、电话号码等注册信息。

2.2 本地存储的数据

• 您创建的决策模板、选项列表；
• 随机决策历史记录（最多保留 200 条）；
• 应用偏好设置（如音效、触觉反馈、主题皮肤、iCloud 同步开关等）。

上述数据默认存储在您的设备本地。

2.3 iCloud 同步（可选）

若您在「设置 → iCloud 同步」中主动开启该功能，模板与历史记录将通过 Apple iCloud / CloudKit 在您登录同一 Apple ID 的设备间同步。该数据存储在您的 iCloud 私有数据库中，由 Apple 提供基础设施，我们无法直接访问您的 iCloud 账户内容。您可随时在应用内关闭 iCloud 同步。

2.4 相机权限

当您使用「扫描决策二维码」功能时，本应用会请求相机权限，仅在本地解析二维码内容，用于查看决策结果或恢复模板/设置。我们不会上传、存储或向第三方传输相机画面或扫描图像。

2.5 广告相关数据

本应用集成 Google AdMob 展示广告（包括开屏广告与横幅广告）。AdMob 及其合作伙伴可能收集设备标识符（如 IDFA，取决于您的系统跟踪授权设置）、IP 地址、广告互动数据等，用于广告投放、频次控制与效果衡量。详情请参阅 Google 隐私政策 及 AdMob 数据披露说明。

您可在 iOS「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 跟踪」中管理是否允许 App 请求跟踪；也可在「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → Apple 广告」中管理 Apple 广告相关选项。

2.6 Firebase

本应用集成了 Firebase SDK（Firebase Core）用于应用基础服务初始化。Firebase 可能依照 Google 的政策处理有限的设备与诊断信息。当前版本未在应用内单独启用需额外申报的分析功能模块。

2.7 我们不主动收集的内容

• 精确地理位置；
• 通讯录、相册（除您主动通过系统分享功能分享结果卡片外）；
• 与健康、财务、生物识别相关的敏感个人信息。

3. 信息的使用目的

• 提供随机决策工具功能（二选一、转盘、抽签、骰子、随机数等）；
• 保存与展示您的模板、历史记录及统计；
• 在您授权时通过 iCloud 跨设备同步数据；
• 展示广告并维持免费服务；
• 保障应用安全、修复故障与改进体验。

4. 信息共享与披露

我们不会出售您的个人信息。仅在以下情形可能共享或披露：

• 经您明确同意；
• 为展示广告而与 Google AdMob 等广告服务提供商共享必要设备与广告数据；
• 您启用 iCloud 同步时，数据由 Apple CloudKit 在 Apple 基础设施内处理；
• 依据法律法规、司法或行政机关要求。

5. 数据保留

• 历史记录：应用内最多保留 200 条，您可手动删除；
• 卸载应用后，本地数据将被清除；
• iCloud 中的数据保留与删除受 Apple iCloud 政策与您在 iCloud 中的操作影响。

6. 您的权利

您可以通过以下方式管理数据：

• 在应用内查看、删除历史记录与模板；
• 在设置中关闭 iCloud 同步；
• 在 iOS 系统设置中撤销相机、跟踪等权限；
• 卸载应用以删除本地数据。

若您位于适用数据保护法规（如 GDPR）的地区，您可能享有访问、更正、删除、限制处理等权利。请通过文末联系方式与我们取得联系。

7. 未成年人保护

本应用面向一般用户，不面向 13 周岁以下儿童主动收集个人信息。若您认为我们在未经监护人同意的情况下收集了儿童信息，请联系我们，我们将尽快删除。

8. 安全措施

我们采用业界通行的合理措施保护数据安全，包括本地加密存储（由 iOS 系统提供）、通过 HTTPS 与 Apple / Google 官方 SDK 通信等。但互联网传输无法保证绝对安全，请您理解。

9. 第三方链接与服务

本应用可能包含指向第三方网站或服务的链接（如广告落地页）。第三方服务有其独立的隐私政策，我们不对其内容或做法负责。

10. 政策更新

我们可能适时更新本政策。重大变更时，我们会在应用内或通过本页面公示更新后的版本及生效日期。继续使用本应用即表示您接受更新后的政策。

Welcome to Random Decision (display name may appear as localized, e.g. 万能随机). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS random-choice utility app and related extensions (widgets, Siri shortcuts, SharePlay).

1. No Account Required

You can use the app without creating an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to sign up.

2. Information We Process

Data stored on your device

• Templates and option lists you create;
• Decision history (up to 200 entries);
• App preferences (sound, haptics, theme, iCloud sync toggle, etc.).

Optional iCloud sync

If you enable iCloud sync in Settings, templates and history may sync across devices signed into the same Apple ID via Apple CloudKit. We do not have direct access to your iCloud account.

Camera

Camera access is used only to scan decision QR codes locally. We do not upload camera images or video.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app displays ads through Google AdMob (app open and banner formats). AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers (such as IDFA, subject to your tracking permission), IP address, and ad interaction data. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Firebase

Firebase Core is integrated for app infrastructure. Firebase may process limited device/diagnostic data under Google's policies.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide core features (coin flip, wheel, draw, dice, random numbers);
• Store templates, history, and statistics;
• Sync data via iCloud when you opt in;
• Serve ads and maintain the free app;
• Improve stability and security.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with AdMob for advertising, with Apple for optional iCloud sync, or when required by law.

5. Your Choices

• Delete history and templates in the app;
• Turn off iCloud sync in Settings;
• Manage Camera and Tracking permissions in iOS Settings;
• Uninstall the app to remove local data.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. Contact us if you believe we have collected a child's information without consent.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.

本应用是一款随机决策工具，提供包括但不限于：二选一（掷硬币/是否问答）、转盘、抽签、骰子、随机数、模板管理、历史记录、结果分享、决策二维码、主屏幕小组件、Siri 快捷指令及 SharePlay 多人同步等功能。

2. 使用条件

• 您应遵守所在国家或地区的法律法规及 Apple App Store 相关条款；
• 您不得利用本应用从事违法、侵权、骚扰、赌博真钱交易或其他不当行为；
• 您理解随机结果由算法生成，我们不对结果的「准确性」「公平性」作绝对保证，但致力于提供合理的随机体验；
• 本应用仅供娱乐与日常轻量决策，不构成任何专业建议。涉及健康、法律、财务、安全等重要事项，请咨询专业人士。

3. 知识产权

本应用的软件、界面设计、图标、文案及相关内容的知识产权归开发者或合法权利人所有。未经书面许可，您不得复制、修改、反向工程、传播或用于商业目的。

您在使用本应用过程中创建的内容（如自定义选项、模板名称）归您所有，但您授予我们为提供和改进服务所必需的有限使用权（如在本地或 iCloud 中存储、展示）。

4. 广告与第三方服务

本应用可能通过 Google AdMob 展示广告。广告内容由第三方提供，我们不对广告内容的准确性、合法性负责。点击广告将离开本应用，受第三方条款与隐私政策约束。

本应用还依赖 Apple（iCloud、CloudKit、SharePlay 等）及 Google（AdMob、Firebase）等第三方平台，其服务可用性受相应平台政策影响。

5. 免责声明

• 本应用按「现状」和「可用」基础提供，我们不保证服务不间断、无错误或完全满足您的特定需求；
• 因网络、设备、系统更新、第三方服务中断等导致的功能不可用或数据丢失，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任；
• 您通过 SharePlay、分享卡片、二维码等方式向他人传播的内容及后果由您自行负责；
• 在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的间接、附带、特殊或 consequential 损害不承担责任。

6. 服务变更与终止

我们有权根据业务需要更新、调整、暂停或终止部分或全部功能，并尽可能通过应用内或本页面告知。您可随时停止使用并卸载本应用。

7. 协议更新

我们可能修订本协议。更新后继续使用本应用，视为接受修订内容。重大变更将通过本页面或应用内提示公布。

8. 适用法律与争议解决

本协议的订立、执行与解释适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则）。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

9. 其他

本协议与《隐私政策》共同构成您与我们之间的完整约定。若本协议任何条款被认定无效，不影响其余条款效力。

By downloading, installing, or using Random Decision, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Service

Random Decision is a utility app for random choices, including either/or, wheel, draw, dice, random numbers, templates, history, sharing, QR codes, widgets, Siri shortcuts, and SharePlay.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use the app lawfully and in accordance with App Store terms;
• Do not use the app for illegal activity, real-money gambling, harassment, or infringement;
• Random outcomes are generated algorithmically and provided for entertainment and everyday decisions—not professional advice.

3. Intellectual Property

The app and its content are owned by the developer or licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the app without permission. You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., custom lists).

4. Ads & Third Parties

Ads are served via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for third-party ad content. The app also relies on Apple and Google services subject to their terms.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by network, device, or third-party service issues, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes & Termination

We may modify or discontinue features. You may stop using the app at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in courts with jurisdiction where the developer is located.
