1.3 You: also known as "Player" or "user", refers to the natural person authorized to use the products and services of Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD.
2、 Intellectual Property Rights Statement

2.2 Without the prior written consent of Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD., you shall not in any way, the Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD. AI Zhiduostar (including but not limited to the elements and continuous dynamic pictures contained in the Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD. AI Zhiduostar) through the information network transmission or commercial use.
2.3 The ownership and all related intellectual property rights of the AI Zhiduostar data generated by you in using the AI Zhiduostar service of Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. belong to Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD., and Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to dispose of the AI Zhiduostar data.Among them, Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. will abide by the relevant provisions of laws and regulations for the storage period of the purchase records of users purchasing AI Zhiduostar virtual currency. 3、 User account acquisition, use and custody

（3） You fully understand and agree that Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to review whether the identity information provided by your registration is true and effective, and has the right to take technical and management and other reasonable measures to protect the security and effectiveness of your AI Wisdom Chataccount. Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. may submit the real-name registration information submitted by you to the state authorities, financial institutions, payment institutions and related organizations that legally retain your information for verification of the real-name registration information submitted by you.
（4）You fully understand and agree that Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. will use your real-name registration information in the anti-addiction system in accordance with the relevant national requirements, that is, Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. may determine your age range based on your real-name registration information, so as to decide whether to restrict your AI Zhiduostar account to prevent addiction.
（5） You only have the right to use the AI Zhiduoxing account created by you in accordance with this Agreement. The ownership of the AI Zhiduoxing account belongs to Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD. You shall not provide the AI Zhiduostar account to others for use in any way, including but not limited to transfer, rent, borrow and so on.
3.2 Use and custody of user account
（1） You are responsible for keeping your AI Smartest account and password properly and using your AI Smartest account and password correctly and safely. The AI Zhiduostar account registered by you in accordance with this Agreement is only used for your personal entertainment or consumption purposes. You have the right and responsibility for the behaviors generated by the AI Zhiduoxing account held after login. You are not allowed to share the AI Zhiduoxing account with a third party or transfer the AI Zhiduoxing account to others or ask others to train for you, because you do not properly keep the account and password. And the correct and safe use of the account and password leads to the loss of the account password, the theft of the account and other circumstances, which causes damage to the rights of you and others, you need to bear the resulting legal responsibility.
（2）You should notify Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. as soon as you know that your account or password is illegally used, stolen or abnormal by others. Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to take measures to suspend the login and use of the AI Zhiduostar account.
（3） If Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. takes measures to suspend the login and use of user account according to your notice, it has the right to ask you to provide and verify your effective personal identity information consistent with your registered identity information. If the verification information is consistent, Shenzhen Jiuli Xiang Technology Co., Ltd. takes measures to suspend the login and use of the user account according to your notice, and you shall be responsible for the loss caused to you or other users. If you do not provide your personal effective identity certificate or the personal effective identity certificate you provide is inconsistent with the registered identity information, Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to refuse your request to suspend the login and use of AI Zhiduostar account.
（4） You fully understand and agree that in order to improve the security level of Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD. 's AI Zhiduoxing service, Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to apply the relevant technology or software to Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD.' s AI Zhiduoxing, butShenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. does not guarantee that these security measures can completely eliminate the risk of AI Zhiduostar account being stolen or lost by others.
（5） You fully understand and agree that if Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. restricts, freefies or terminates the use of your AI Zhiduostar account in accordance with relevant business rules, it may lead to the deletion of AI Zhiduostar data and related information under your AI Zhiduostar account and the loss of relevant rights and interests, and the loss shall be borne by you. Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. does not assume any responsibility for this.
（6） You fully understand and agree to accept Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. through SMS or other means to send you Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. or its partners of commodity promotion, AI Wisdom Chatservices or other related business information.
（7） You fully understand and agree that, in order to make efficient use of server resources, if you do not log in to Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD. 's AI Zhiduostar account for a long time, Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD.' s AI Zhiduostar account and the AI Zhiduostar data and related information under the account, Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to take measures such as closing the account, prohibited login and deleting the account information. The above disposal may lead to the loss of your relevant rights and interests under the AI Zhiduostar account, for which Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. does not assume any responsibility. （8） If you provide Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. with valid personal identity information consistent with the registered identity information in order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. agrees to provide you with necessary assistance and support such as account registrant certificate and original registration information according to the requirements of administrative and judicial organs. And provide relevant evidence and information to these departments as required.
（9） If Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. provides AI Zhiduostar account cancellation function, you can operate in accordance with the account cancellation guidelines provided by the AI Zhiduostar, and should ensure that you meet all the conditions for the cancellation of the AI Zhiduostar account officially published by the AI Zhiduostar, and agree to the relevant rules for the cancellation of the AI Zhiduostar account officially published by the AI Zhiduostar. 4.1 You agree and authorize Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. to collect and use your user information for the purpose of performing this Agreement.User information includes the information you register in the real-name registration system, the AI Zhiduoxing data under your AI Zhiduoxing account, other information you provide to Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. in the process of using the AI Zhiduoxing service of Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. and the information that needs to be collected by Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. in order to provide better services.
4.2 The collection, use, sharing, preservation and management of the personal information contained in your user information by Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. will comply with the Privacy Policy of Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. and the provisions of relevant laws and regulations.
4.3 You fully understand and agree that if you disclose your various property accounts, bank cards, credit cards and corresponding passwords to others in the use of Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD. AI Zhiduostar services, any losses resulting from this will be borne by you.

's AI Wisdom Chatservice, and Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. hereby grants you the right to use them in accordance with this Agreement. You only have the right to use the virtual items in accordance with this Agreement, and the ownership of the virtual items belongs to Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD.Your purchase and use of virtual items shall comply with the requirements of this Agreement and the Rules of AI Zhiduoxing; At the same time, virtual items may be limited by a certain validity period. If you do not use them within the specified validity period, they will automatically become invalid once the validity period expires.
5.8 You fully understand and agree that: In order to create a fair and healthy AI Wisdom Chatenvironment, in the process of using Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD. AI Wisdom Chatservice, once you find any unauthorized, harmful to the normal operation of Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD. AI Wisdom Chatservice related procedures, Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. will take reasonable measures to crack down.
5.9 You fully understand and agree that when you use the charging items of Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD. 11、 Local laws and regulations

11.2 You should avoid involving Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. in political and public events due to the use of Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., LTD. 's AI Intelligence Multi-star service, or Shenzhen Camuning Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to suspend or terminate the service to you.
12、 Jurisdiction and application of law

12.2 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
12.3 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with the performance of this Agreement, both parties shall first settle the dispute through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may bring a suit to the people's court with jurisdiction at the place where this Agreement is signed.
12.4 The headings of all terms hereof are for convenience only, have no actual meaning and shall not be used as the basis for interpretation of meaning hereof.
12.5 If any part of the provisions of this Agreement is invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon the parties.
